Responsibilities

• Establish and manage dedicated communication channels for internal and external teams using platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and email systems.
• Develop and oversee workflows, project tracking, and automated task assignments in platforms like Monday, Wrike, or Jira.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and accessibility within company databases and file-sharing solutions.
• Identify, implement, and optimize software integrations to streamline operations across departments.
• Analyze current systems and propose improvements for enhanced collaboration and efficiency.
• Provide guidance to employees on system usage and best practices.
• Work closely with IT teams, software vendors, and leadership to align technology solutions with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Program Management with a strong focus on Computer System Development.
• 3+ years experience in Management Information Systems integration, Web Based Tools, or Program Management.
• Experience driving information systems solutions across business functions, ideally within an engineering environment.
• Strong proficiency in task management software, communication platforms, and data management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of API integrations, automation workflows, and data security best practices.
