Essential Functions
- Aid in overseeing and managing Red Shield programs and activities.
- Assist members in educational achievement, including technology support, supervision, and assistance with schoolwork.
- Supervise members during snack/meal times and ensure they follow CDC guidelines.
- Check-in and check-out members as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Chromebooks.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to relate to diverse individuals.
- High school diploma or equivalent, and an AA degree in general education preferred.
- Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation practices.
- Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and adhering to The Salvation Army's policies and practices.
Working Conditions
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, bending, squatting, climbing, kneeling, twisting, lifting up to 25 lbs., and multi-tasking.
- Must adhere to the dress code standards of The Salvation Army unit.
