About the role
The Program Supervisor – Student Assistance Program (SAP) is a highly visible leadership role responsible for overseeing program operations, supervising staff, partnering with school and community stakeholders, and ensuring students receive the support and resources they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Responsibilities
- Oversee program operations and ensure program compliance
- Supervise a team of SAP Liaisons
- Partner with school and community stakeholders
- Ensure students receive the support and resources they need
- Collaborate with other professionals to support student success
- Monitor program performance, analyze outcomes, and support quality improvement initiatives
- Use data to drive operational effectiveness and program growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Behavioral Health, Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in behavioral healthcare, mental health, education, substance use, or a related field
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently between school and community locations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and administrative skills
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with data tracking, reporting, and outcome measurement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications
- Preferred: Master's Degree in a related field
- Prior Student Assistance Program (SAP) experience
- Previous staff supervision or program management experience
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania Student Assistance Program processes
- Experience working with public school districts and community-based organizations
