Schedule
Monday-Friday; 8:00am-4:00pm; lunch during school day
Pay
$66,000/year
Skills
- Demonstrate knowledge of child and family development stages
- Ability to assess and provide clinically indicated treatment

- Ability to develop and oversee implementation of programming to meet school needs
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the SBYSP and programming of Oaks staff hired via subcontract for the Trenton SBYSP
- Provide individual and group counseling to youth as needed
- Provide individual supervision to all staff
- Facilitate regularly scheduled staff meetings
- Act as liaison to Trenton City School personnel
- Outreach and maintain relationships with Community resources
- Complete and submit all reports required by Oaks and the State of New Jersey in a timely fashion
- Complete and submit all budget and contract documents required by Oaks and the State of New Jersey in a timely fashion
- Attend Oaks meetings as required
- Actively seek and secure additional grant funding for special programs within SBYSP
- Provide mediation for youth and school faculty
- Facilitate and/or participate in meetings with staff, school and community as needed or scheduled
- Attend trainings as directed or required
- 24/7 availability in the event of an emergency

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other Related Field
- LSW/LAC required; LCSW/LPC preferred
- Two (2) years experience working with at-risk youth
- Valid Driver's License in good standing required
- All positions require a valid driver’s license in good standing, and pre-employment drug screening
