Supervisor, School Based Services
About the role
This school-linked mental health, grant funded position is responsible for program management/development, clinical supervision, oversight to DHS School Linked Grant, and community relationship building. It is a position that requires working closely and being sensitive to relationships with local schools, County Social Services and other mental health providers within the community.
Responsibilities
- Provides supervision to the Therapeutic Assistance Program for assigned school districts.
- Manages and develops the Therapeutic Assistance Program.
- Oversight to DHS School Linked Grant.
- Builds and maintains relationships with local schools, County Social Services, and other mental health providers.
Requirements
- Master's degree in human services related field.
- MN state license and eligibility to become a credentialed provider with insurance entities (e.g., LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC).
- Supervision competency is listed or eligible to be listed with professional board.
- Minimum of two years of experience providing supervision.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in working with severe emotional disorders in children and adults, family systems theory, individual and family development and community systems.

- Experience working with and/or delivering services to diverse populations.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of child and adult severe emotional disorders.
- Experience with family systems theory, individual and family development, and community systems.

Pay
$75,630.56 - $87,572.23/annually
Schedule
Full-time 1.0 FTE. Mostly during school hours, some evenings required.
