Licensed Program Supervisor- School- Based Services

Main Job Duties

• Support organization’s Mission, Vision and Values as well as program and organizational policies, procedures and service standards, ensuring staff understand and integrate accordingly.
• Complete comprehensive diagnostic assessments including an evaluation of client functioning and the relationship to mental and chemical health. Ensure all assessments include a risk assessment identifying risk factors and interventions in accordance with best practices.
• Review and sign off on all assessments and treatment plans, indicating that they are done accurately and reflect the medical necessity of services as required.
• Supervise the work of assigned program staff to ensure adherence to quality standards and proper procedures, providing coaching when errors or problems are discovered.
• Provide staff training, assess strengths and development needs, and provide timely and specific feedback on job duties, company policies and best practices.
• Partner with staff on identifying and developing professional goals that encourage and support professional growth within the organization.
• Attract, hire, orient and retain high-quality staff.

Qualifications

• Licensed Program Supervisor
• Experience in school-based mental health services
• Knowledge of best practices in diagnostic and comprehensive assessments
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and develop therapeutic alliances
• Strong supervisory and training skills
• Experience in managing a caseload of approximately 9 clients

Benefits

This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule and a competitive salary range of $78,000 - $88,000, variable based on licensure and qualifications. The start date is August 2026.

Schedule

1.0 FTE, Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. Hybrid schedule.
