About the role
The Program Supervisor-Seniors Support Services oversees the day-to-day operations of a seniors support program, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures. They manage a team of support staff and volunteers, providing leadership and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and adherence to program policies and procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working with seniors and understanding their needs.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed.
