About the Role

As a Supervisor, you will make a difference in the lives of patients by leading a team that compassionately delivers an exceptional experience. You will ensure every prescription or document is handled with care, recognizing that each belongs to a real person navigating access to complex medication. Your role involves adjusting to patient needs through clear communication, focusing on accuracy, and ensuring timely management of their records.

Responsibilities

  • Daily program operational management
  • Ensure adherence to contracted Service Level Agreements
  • Implement and manage client-specific business rules
  • Proactively communicate with the team to align on daily program operations and goals
  • Manage team hiring, development, and training
  • Ensure daily program staffing levels meet operational needs
  • Provide direct reports with the training needed to be proficient in their roles
  • Work with Human Resources to develop a pipeline of potential candidates
  • Provide consistent, timely coaching and development for direct reports
  • Report Adverse Events/Product Complaint inquiries in accordance with SOP and good manufacturer practices
  • Ensure on-time adherence to training deadlines for all corporate policies and procedures
  • Consistently follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Previous personnel/team management experience
  • Knowledge of the specialty drug product marketplace, health insurance claims processing, and commercialization of products is a plus
  • Previous experience leading customer service teams is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with professional telephone etiquette
  • Self-awareness of your own emotions and their potential impact on others
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask effectively

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Regularly required to talk or hear
  • Frequently required to sit for long periods, use hands to type, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
  • Preferred typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy
  • Minimal travel may be required
  • Operates in a professional office environment using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers
