Program Specialist Supervisor

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism
• OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism
• OR 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university plus 4 years' experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities or autism
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to articulate information to a diverse audience
• Must secure and maintain training requirements for Crisis Prevention Intervention within three months of hire
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania and the ability to travel for business utilizing personal vehicle
• Preferred: Two (2) years' of Supervisory experience

Schedule

This full-time, exempt position is based in Butler, PA and has a schedule of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with on-call duties.
