The Supervisory Program Specialist position is organizationally aligned to the Business Office within the Community Care Service at the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center - Chicago - IL. The Community Care/RCT ACD Supervisory Program Specialist serves as the direct line supervisor for the Lead Medical Support Assistant(s) and all Medical Support Assistant (MSA) staff in the assigned clinical areas and is a foundational role within the Community Care - Referral Consult Team - and ACD line operations.
