Responsibilities
- Handle VISA supercard buying and procure goods through the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA)
- Prepare business requirements, procurement requests, and justification documents
- Give technical guidance to improve research program buying processes
- Act as a Contracting Officer Representative / Grants Officer Representative (COR/GOR) to track and approve modifications, funding, and timelines
- Monitor project plans, funding, and progress reports to keep projects on track
- Resolve questions about acquisition
