About the role

Serve as the long-term owner and subject matter expert for assigned operational programs following project implementation. Ensure a smooth transition from project implementation to ongoing operational support while maintaining project documentation and institutional knowledge. Monitor program health, performance metrics, user adoption, and operational effectiveness to ensure continued success. Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements that increase efficiency and user adoption. Troubleshoot program-related issues and provide timely, effective resolutions. Coordinate and complete program setup, user access, and onboarding for newly acquired or newly opened communities. Develop, schedule, and facilitate ongoing training sessions for community teams and corporate partners to reinforce best practices. Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and operational documentation. Serve as the primary point of contact for questions related to assigned programs. Partner with Operations, IT, Training, and other internal departments to support the continued success of implemented programs. Communicate program updates, enhancements, and operational changes to stakeholders. Escalate system issues or enhancement opportunities to the appropriate project owners or departments when necessary. Maintain ownership only after implementation has been completed. Support ongoing operations but do not lead new project implementations or enterprise-wide system rollouts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Project Management is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience with Mark-Taylor preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of recent operational initiatives such as RiskRelease, EPO, Disabling Partial Pay, MT+, or similar company projects strongly preferred.
  • Experience with ResMan and Union strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Yardi and RealPage strongly preferred.
  • CAPM certification preferred; certification required within one (1) year of assuming the role if not already obtained.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related business software.
