Program Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Program Specialist. In this role, you will support the delivery of a commercial and industrial lighting program serving customers across the state of Oregon. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth program execution by supporting operational processes, coordinating across internal teams, and contributing to continuous program improvement efforts.
Responsibilities
- Support program operations across multiple offerings, ensuring alignment with program guidelines and objectives
- Cook up communication across internal teams and external stakeholders
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Track program activity, submissions, and performance metrics to support program goals
- Develop and maintain reports for forecasting, planning, and client deliverables
- Lead or support program updates, including project coordination and drafting materials for client review
- Aid with contractor database management and internal systems support
- Contribute to process development and continuous improvement initiatives across the program
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in program coordination, operations, or data tracking
- Experience supporting reporting, metrics, or program performance analysis
- Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in data management and quality control
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
