About the role
The Program Project Coordinator – Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) supports the Regional Administrator and Region Coordinator in executing daily operations, programs, and projects. This position may be based in any Kentucky county except Crittenden, Hickman, Lewis, Mason, Morgan, Rockcastle, or Trimble.
Responsibilities
- Schedules and participates in special projects as directed.
- Facilitates and coordinates project meetings as requested.
- Assists with the submission of project management as needed.
- Responds to customer support inquiries and provides assistance as needed.
- Collaborates with the regional supervisor to support regional staff in executing daily operations, programs, and projects.
- Conducts audits of Tableau and case management reports to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintains in-custody reports, tracks failures to appear and rearrests, and completes quality assurance tasks.
- Captures and maintains in-custody reports, tracks failures to appear and rearrests, and completes quality assurance tasks.
- Coordinates schedules and travel arrangements for conferences and meetings.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience: Two (2) years of experience in the judicial field, criminal justice, public speaking, or team leadership.
- Licenses: Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

- Substitute Education for Experience: None.
- Substitute Experience for Education: Additional relevant work experience and/or higher level of education may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
