Job Description

We are seeking a Program Planning and Scheduling Analyst to support our program scheduling department. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling for NASA's SLS Booster program. This position will serve on-site at Promontory, Utah.

  • Prepare, develop, and coordinate the integrated master plan and integrated master schedule to meet all program objectives.
  • Ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality.
  • Track plans and schedules, perform risk analysis, and identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts.
  • Utilize Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, earned value management, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances.
  • Create visuals that represent the program plan.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX MATCH, and macros.
  • Proficiency with Critical Path Methodology (CPM).
  • Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and how they interact within scheduling software.
  • 3+ years of experience with Primavera P6 software.
