Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst 3

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Support the Integrated Master Plan (IMP).
• Cook up schedules across multiple functional organizations, including: Finance, Engineering, Materials, Manufacturing, Quality.
• Perform schedule analysis and monitor program progress.
• Conduct critical path and network logic analysis.
• Perform schedule risk analysis and identify potential issues.
• Track performance using Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS).
• Create program schedule visualizations and reports.
• Support a complex aerospace program (NASA SLS Booster).

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS).
• Knowledge of how EVMS integrates with scheduling software.
• Experience with: Gantt charts, PERT charts, Milestone planning, Schedule status reporting, Critical path analysis, Cross-functional communication and coordination, Schedule logic development and maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of Primavera P6 experience.
• Experience supporting large, complex government or aerospace programs.
• Familiarity with integrated master schedules for defense or NASA contracts.
