About the role
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care within an opioid addiction treatment and integrated healthcare clinic.
Responsibilities
- Deliver medication-assisted treatment including prescribing and monitoring methadone and buprenorphine.
- Manage co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including counselors and nurses.
- Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and high standards of care.
- Support patients throughout their recovery journey, fostering a respectful and patient-centered environment.
- Contribute to program improvement and uphold quality outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Medical degree and active medical license.
- Experience in addiction medicine, mental health, or related fields preferred.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Knowledge of medication-assisted treatment protocols.
- Commitment to providing respectful, patient-centered care.
