Program Director
Must be located in the Chandler, AZ or Santa Clara, CA area to support customers.
About the Role
The Program Director will oversee budgets, resources, timelines, and vendor relationships while driving alignment between business objectives and technical execution. They will serve as a senior liaison to stakeholders, champion best practices in program governance, and ensure that all program outcomes meet quality and performance expectations.
Responsibilities
- Act as the client’s advocate inside Compucom and own the overall Profit & Loss (revenue through Margin), growth within account base, and Gross Margin Dollars for client(s).
- Build trusted senior customer relationships based on mutual respect for the customer’s business and how Compucom can support their business and IT objectives.
- Provide delivery oversight related to the day-to-day operations of customer relationship teams focused on providing support, guidance, and knowledge resources to boost renewals and strive for zero churn.
- Through coaching, mentoring, and guiding, lead the planning process for incremental growth alongside sales, product development, and other customer-facing functions.
- Responsible for client revenue forecasting in collaboration with delivery and program management based on actual sales volume, client information (such as new app releases and end-user additions), and forecasting trends (prior volume, seasonality, etc.).
- Manage a team, including providing leadership, addressing discipline issues, hiring and terminations, administrative duties, and training for continuous improvement.
- Own end-to-end governance and oversight of Physical Touch service delivery.
- Oversee large-scale, geographically distributed delivery teams.
- Maintain strong financial discipline across the account.
- Ensure compliance with customer security, asset, and safety requirements.
- Partner with sales and corporate leadership to identify incremental growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
- 8+ years of related experience with a focus on business strategy, including 5+ years working for a Managed Services Organization.
- 5+ years’ experience forecasting in a managed services environment, building yearly budgets, and actively managing the Profit and Loss of assigned account(s).
- Experience managing a significant portion of overall expenditures to promote products and services.
- Demonstrated experience with and knowledge of data center activities.

Pay
The annual starting salary for this position is between $112,500 and $150,000 per year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable Company plan.
