Program Manager with Security Clearance

Duties And Responsibilities

• Work with the engineering team to make decisions about Agile Software Capability Development, Systems/Digital Engineering, System Administration oversight and delivery dependencies (licenses, partner agreements, etc.) for Wingbrace commitments.
• Work with the SVP of Global Delivery to identify new threads of work and develop Agile plans and structures.
• Work directly with government stakeholders to set clear expectations, understand the needs and priorities to define and deliver solutions to enable mission outcomes.
• Manage clients and Wingbrace team members, balancing the evolving teams into client-facing effective delivery organizations.
• Implement and nurture a vibrant and fun culture embracing the mission of the client, imparting to Wingbrace teams the need to partner with and lead their clients in the delivery of greater outcomes.
• Maintain and ensure all deliverables across the project are being met, including Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), monthly invoices, scope changes, project variances, solution contingencies, timecard management, staffing and financial forecasting, partnership and sub-contractor management, and deliverable satisfaction.
• Lead all phases of assigned projects from initiation through delivery.
• Partner with the business development team and subject matter experts to solution and write responses to RFI (Request for Information) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals).

Must Have Requirement

• Experience working in, with and across the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL), Air Force Lifecycle Management Center (AFLCMC), or other government organization.
• Technical understanding of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and languages such as Dassault (NoMagic) Cameo Enterprise Architect, Unified Architecture Framework (UAF), and SysML (Systems Modeling Language).
• Conversant in Science and Technology-related projects.
• A US Citizen with a Security Clearance.
