Program Manager with Insurance Domain

Must Have Skills

• 15 years of overall experience in IT project management
• Proven experience managing medium to large enterprise projects
• Strong experience in Agile Scrum and/or Waterfall delivery models
• Experience working with onsite offshore teams
• Hands‑on experience with project planning, tracking, and reporting tools
• Solid understanding of SDLC, release management, and delivery governance

Nice To Have Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification (not mandatory)
• Experience managing digital transformation or enterprise platform programs
• Exposure to cloud‑based or large‑scale system implementations
• Experience in insurance, BFSI, or other regulated domains
• Knowledge of financial tracking, forecasting, and contract/SOW management
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• AI skills
