Program Manager - Willow Children's Centre (SRCC)

About the role
We are opening our 7th location and looking for a Program Manager to join our leadership team. You will lead a team of 8 ECEs to deliver 12 spaces of infant/toddler and 25 spaces of 3-5 child care in this purpose-built child care in Central Richmond. You will have strong communication and team development skills, a deep understanding of play-based, Reggio-inspired pedagogy, excellent writing skills, a thorough understanding of the BC Early Learning Framework, flexibility, and a good sense of humour.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of care from enrollment to programming, scheduling, and facility management
- Run a child care facility with the ability to multi-task
- Work within the SRCC's vision, values, policies, procedures, and standards of practice
Requirements
- Post Basic ECE qualification
- 5 years of experience
- Prior experience in leadership is an asset
- Evidence of strong pedagogical practice will be requested
- Understanding of team dynamics and strong communication skills
