We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have overview sections: Melmark Overview, Program Manager Overview, Schedule and Salary Information, Requirements, Program Manager Responsibilities, Benefits. Also maybe "Schedule" and "Pay" sections if present. The posting includes schedule and salary info. So we need sections: About the role? Not exactly but we can treat "Program Manager Overview" as About the role. Use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. Do not repeat job title as heading. Do not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Preserve all substantive info. We need to decide which sections to include: About the role (Program Manager Overview), Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Schedule, Pay. Possibly also "Overview" of Melmark? Could be part of About the role or separate? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include About the role (maybe combine Melmark Overview and Program Manager Overview). Responsibilities (list). Requirements (list). Benefits (list). Schedule (maybe just text). Pay (salary). Ensure we only include sections with real content. We must not include placeholder like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's extract content: Melmark Overview: description of organization. Program Manager Overview: description of role. Schedule and Salary Information: schedule details and starting salary. Requirements: bullet list? It says: Bachelor’s degree with one (1) years’ experience with specialized populations is required. Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis is desirable. A valid US driver’s license and a minimum age of twenty-one (21) years old. Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office. Possess strong teaching skills with emphasis on individuals who are emotionally, behaviorally, physically and/or developmentally challenged. Ability to implement function based interventions for the reduction of challenging behaviors. Experience in the principles and application of Applied Behavior Analysis. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are required. We can format as

    • items. Program Manager Responsibilities: long paragraph with many duties separated by periods and semicolons. We need to convert to list items. The text includes many responsibilities separated by periods and semicolons. We'll split into logical items. Benefits: list of benefits. We need to preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. Let's parse responsibilities text: "Oversees performance of employees and follows proper procedures and documentation of individual’s health and safety needs including: hygiene, maintaining supervision needs and staffing ratios both on and off campus, completing proper documentation and notification (including sleep data and health indicators), implements all individualized plans as written, and responds appropriately during crisis situations. Could be many items; but we can keep as a few items grouping similar duties. However instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should convert each distinct duty into
      • . Could be many but okay. Let's extract each bullet: 1. Could combine schedule and pay into separate sections: Schedule (

        Schedule

        ) with

        containing schedule text. Pay (

        Pay

        ) with

containing salary info. Also maybe note "Fully on site" could be part of Schedule or separate? Could be included in Schedule paragraph. Now About the role: combine Melmark Overview and Program Manager Overview into a prose

maybe two paragraphs. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we will not have heading "Program Manager". Use About the role. Now produce HTML:

        About the role

Melmark is a nonprofit organization providing clinically-sophisticated evidence-based special education, residential, vocational, and therapeutic services for children and adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders, developmental and intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, medical complexities, and other neurological and genetic disorders.

The Program Manager (PM) is an administrative and clinical supervisor for the residential program and is responsible to oversee the clinical and administrative operations of assigned home.
