Program Manager (TO)

About the role

The Program Manager will lead a complex federal contract supporting psychological health and military health initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

• Leadership, oversight, and management of the contract
• Serving as the primary point of contact with the Government
• Ensuring successful execution of all task order requirements, deliverables, staffing, quality assurance, and performance objectives
• Oversight of contractor personnel
• Monitoring project performance
• Managing schedules and deliverables
• Cross-functional coordination with stakeholders
• Ensuring contractual compliance across all areas of program execution
• Strategic oversight, risk management, and operational guidance
• Ensuring mission success

Qualifications

Required qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience managing federal contracts
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of government contracting processes and regulations
