Program Manager, Senior Living (RN / PT / SLP)

BAYADA Senior Living Solutions, a specialty offering of BAYADA Home Health Care, was created to address the unique needs of senior living communities, and their residents, in several significant ways. As the Senior Living Program Manager, you will be a dynamic influencer managing solutions for communities and their residents throughout our unique continuum of care in Senior Living in Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Suffolk. Territory: Chesapeake, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Suffolk cities

Responsibilities

• Lead the Senior Living Program and oversee the senior living clinical team according to The BAYADA Way with emphasis on client service, clinical excellence, quality, and adherence to policies and procedures
• Accountable for program growth, clinical excellence, collaboration with the clinical manager regarding internal case management, clinician evaluation and development in accordance with scope of practice, adherence to regulatory compliance and development and maintenance of strong relationships with our clients, senior living staff and residents

Qualifications

• Current VA licensure as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist (PT background strongly preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree required, Doctorate level preferred
• Demonstrated business development / leadership experience
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels and multiple platforms
• Home Health and/or outpatient experience is desirable

Pay

• Base Salary: $90,000-95,000/year depending on qualifications
• Quarterly Incentive Opportunity
