Senior Living Program Manager (Nurse / Therapist)

About the role

BAYADA's Senior Living Solutions brings a full continuum of care directly into senior living communities. As the Senior Living Program Manager, you will be a dynamic influencer managing solutions for communities and their residents throughout our unique continuum of care in Berks County, PA. You will be a key team member developing and implementing unique solutions to help the communities and residents we serve meet their goals. Through utilization of outcome driven data analytics, this role will analyze key metrics and develop plans to create customized programming and offerings for those we serve.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement unique solutions to help communities and residents meet their goals
• Exemplify commitment to excellence by strategically treating patients and ensuring best practices are carried out by all team members to deliver on differentiated offerings
• Analyze key metrics and develop plans to create customized programming and offerings using outcome driven data analytics

Qualifications

• Current PA licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP required
• Demonstrated business development/leadership experience
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels and multiple platforms
• Experience in the senior living setting
• Home Health and/or Outpatient experience is desirable

• Base salary: $85,000-96,000 annually, depending on qualifications, with opportunity for quarterly incentive after 90 days
