Responsibilities
- Develop and implement unique solutions to help communities and residents meet their goals.
- Strategically treat patients and ensure best practices are carried out by all team members.
- Analyze key metrics using outcome-driven data analytics to develop customized programming and offerings for those served.

Qualifications
- Current MD licensure as an RN, LPN, PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
- Demonstrated business development / leadership experience.
- Strong communication skills across multiple levels and multiple platforms.
- Experience in the senior living setting, including Home Health and/or Outpatient experience is desirable.
