Program Manager, Senior Living (RN / PT / SLP)

BAYADA Senior Living Solutions, a specialty offering of BAYADA Home Health Care, was created to address the unique needs of senior living communities and their residents. As the Senior Living Program Manager, you will be a dynamic influencer managing solutions for communities and their residents throughout our unique continuum of care in Somerset, Middlesex, and Union Counties, NJ.

Territory: Somerset, Middlesex, and Union Counties, NJ.

Requirements

• Current NJ licensure as a Registered Nurse, Physical Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist (PT background strongly preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Doctorate level preferred.
• Demonstrated business development and leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels and platforms.
• Home Health and/or Outpatient experience is desirable.

Pay

Base Salary: $90,000–100,000/year depending on qualifications. Quarterly incentive opportunity.
