Program Manager, Senior Living, Physical Therapist

As the Senior Living Program Manager, you will be a dynamic influencer managing solutions for communities and their residents throughout our unique continuum of care in Senior Living in Monmouth County, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement unique solutions to help communities and residents meet their goals.
• Exemplify commitment to excellence by strategically treating patients and ensuring best practices are carried out by all team members.
• Analyze key metrics using outcome-driven data analytics and develop plans to create customized programming and offerings.
• Act as a trusted advisor and senior living expert to deliver an exceptional product to customers and clients.

Requirements

• Current NJ licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Doctorate level preferred.
• Demonstrated business development and leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills across multiple levels and platforms.
• Home Health and/or Outpatient experience is desirable.

Pay

Base Salary: $90,000–100,000/year depending on qualifications, plus quarterly incentive opportunities.
