Program Manager - SAP Finance // Remote

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up coordination between multiple project teams, vendors, and assets to nail down timely and cost-effective execution of key milestones across interdependent projects or workstreams.
• Set up Program Governance and Control frameworks to facilitate efficient escalation and decision-making processes.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to make decisions on scope, finance, and resources, while identifying and managing cross-organizational dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Assess major changes to scope, schedule, and budget through appropriate Program and Enterprise governance approvals, and contribute relevant data to support planning activities.
• Ensure availability and reporting of program financial performance and forecasts for senior executives and government regulators.
• Identify and address risks associated with program execution, and work across organizations to establish and monitor mitigation plans.
• Develop and maintain necessary program and project management artifacts, ensuring compliance with Project Management standards and applicable regulations.
• Spot inefficiencies and propose improvement opportunities at various management levels.

Required Skills & Work Experience

• Outstanding project and program management skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service.
• Effectively work diplomatically across teams with diverse objectives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Project).
• PMP certification.
• Experience in Finance projects with a deep understanding of SAP.
