Program Manager

Our client, a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space, is seeking a Program Manager to drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track in a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic project management for complex renewable projects with minimal supervision
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget effectively
• Make key decisions affecting project direction and outcomes
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure team alignment
• Lead contract negotiations and develop proposals
• Develop project plans and update statuses regularly
• Assess project risks and create mitigation strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management; OR 10+ years of relevant experience
• Direct project management experience in utility and renewable energy projects, especially utility-scale
• PMP Certification preferred
• Proficient in project management software (Microsoft Project and/or P6)
• Strong understanding of project finances and contracts

Pay

$150,000 – $195,000 annually
