About the role
PathWays is seeking a Program Manager (Employer Liaison) to support the continued and growth of their services for children and adults with developmental disabilities in Sullivan and Lower Grafton County, NH.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment and hiring of Mentors for the families
- Aiding in finding the right match between Mentor and Family
- Processing payroll and mileage
- Cooking and coordinating required training for Mentors working through performance management dilemmas
- Identifying and recommending appropriate manager training for families
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in supervising staff
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, but additional years of relevant experience may be substituted
- Proven relationship-building skills and strong communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
- Ability and willingness to travel regionally for job fairs, professional meetings, and interviews while maintaining a flexible work schedule
- Basic knowledge of various employment laws and practices
- Intermediate knowledge and skills with MS Office, with the ability to adapt to new software and systems
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance required due to regional travel
- Agency-supplied laptop and mobile phone during the initial training period
Qualifications
- Experience with an extensive background check required
- Two (2) professional references needed
