About the role

Manages aspects of program implementation and operations. Ensures the program is operating effectively within Electric Operations (EO), which is responsible for every aspect of PG&E's electric distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, asset management, business planning, restoration, and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Completes assignments of moderate scope and complexity.
• Develops and manages department budgets, regularly monitoring expenses against forecast, providing explanation or justification for budget items and/or variances.
• Identifies new partners, technologies, and delivery channels.
• Communicates project status to all stakeholders.
• Monitors, evaluates status, and reports on projects.
• Develops, oversees, and implements policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards to support business operating plans and goals.
• Communicates (oral and written) with peers inside and outside of the department, providing information or exchanging data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Three (3) years of related experience or equivalent.

Pay

Pay Range: $85,000 – $127,000 (Minimum: $85,000, Midpoint: $106,000, Maximum: $127,000). This position is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs.
