Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or project leadership
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations relevant to program management

Skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
