About the Role

The Program Manager for the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is responsible for the daily coordination, oversight, and administrative management of the PHP while ensuring efficient operations, timely admissions, quality patient care, and compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards. This non-licensed leadership position serves as the central point of coordination between admissions, clinical staff, medical providers, nursing, case management, referral sources, and executive leadership to facilitate seamless patient care throughout the treatment continuum.

The Program Manager supports census growth, maintains operational efficiency, oversees patient flow, and ensures all clinical documentation is complete and compliant. While this position is non-licensed and does not provide psychotherapy or independently diagnose patients, the Program Manager plays a vital role in coordinating services, conducting non-clinical intake assessments, gathering psychosocial information, reviewing referral documentation, and assisting the multidisciplinary treatment team in developing individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

  • Daily coordination and oversight of the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP).
  • Ensure efficient operations, timely admissions, and quality patient care.
  • Serve as the central point of coordination between admissions, clinical staff, medical providers, nursing, case management, referral sources, and executive leadership.
  • Facilitate seamless patient care throughout the treatment continuum.
  • Support census growth and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Oversee patient flow and ensure all clinical documentation is complete and compliant.
  • Conduct non-clinical intake assessments and gather psychosocial information.
  • Review referral documentation and assist the multidisciplinary treatment team in developing individualized care plans.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university (minimum).
  • Three to five years of related work experience.

Qualifications

  • A current Mississippi license as a LCSW, LMSW, or LPC (preferred).
