About the Role
The Program Manager, Nursing Professional Practice Mental Health, leads initiatives to enhance nursing excellence within the Behavioral Health Service Line. They collaborate with leadership and departments to align metrics, improve clinical practice, patient outcomes, safety, and workflow efficiency. The role oversees change management, NDNQI data reporting, and contributes to accreditation and budget planning. Additionally, they manage the Behavioral Health Nurse Residency Program, ensuring an effective transition-to-practice for new nurses.

Requirements
- Master's Degree or higher in nursing
- Current Illinois RN licensure
- CPR/RQI certification
- 3-5 years of behavioral healthcare experience
