About the role

The Program Manager - Nursing Department is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing programs within the department. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a deep understanding of healthcare policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement nursing program strategies aligned with departmental goals and organizational objectives.
• Evaluate program effectiveness through regular assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of nursing services across the organization.
• Manage nursing staff, including performance evaluations and professional development opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting nursing practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in nursing management or related healthcare field.
• Current RN license in good standing.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with healthcare policy and compliance.
