Program Manager - New York, NY (Onsite Role)

Job Summary

Collaborate with department leadership to develop, track, and implement transformational initiatives. Identify and resolve IT process improvement opportunities and operational bottlenecks. Lead efforts to enhance operational efficiency by formalizing and streamlining procedures and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct reviews of processes, SOPs, risk profiles, and SLAs to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support due diligence and operational reviews, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Prepare and present business cases, findings, benefits, and recommendations to various stakeholders.
• Compile and track departmental priorities; assist with work plan development, and monitor/report on key initiatives.
• Escalate issues to leadership when appropriate.
• Assist in designing and implementing scorecards for productivity, service levels, quality, risk, and transaction costs.
• Apply change management techniques to drive organizational transformation.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements for technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate hands-on experience in managing large IT-related programs.
• Utilize strong analytical, quantitative, and communication skills to facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
• Work effectively in high-profile and high-pressure environments.
• Use advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
• Leverage prior experience in government agencies and management consulting.
• Apply LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements.
