Position Summary
The (USA) Manager, Program Management leads the coordination and execution of complex programs by fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams. This role drives accountability, monitors progress, and ensures alignment with business objectives while identifying improvement opportunities.
What you'll do
- Cook up and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support business needs and objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery of high-level deliverables.
- Analyze program performance using key performance indicators and trend data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates, fostering accountability and a positive workplace culture.
- Communicate program status and performance reports to senior leadership, managing expectations and escalating critical issues as needed.
- Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity while supporting continuous learning and adaptability.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR
- 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
