About the team

The Walmart Marketplace Marketing Operations & Creative team leads seller-focused campaigns and communications to support third-party sellers on Walmart.com. This team collaborates across functions to implement strategic initiatives, improve processes, and enhance the seller experience. Emphasizing strong program management, clear communication, and data-driven decisions, the team drives operational performance to meet business objectives. Members prioritize accountability, relationship building, and effective leadership within a collaborative environment to deliver impactful results and support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery of high-level deliverables.
  • Analyze program performance using key performance indicators and trend data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to build accountability and promote continuous learning.
  • Communicate program status and performance reports to senior leadership, managing expectations and escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to enhance service capabilities and drive process improvements aligned with company values.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in program management with the ability to coordinate and oversee complex initiatives.
  • Strong skills in cross-functional team leadership and relationship building to engage key stakeholders effectively.
  • Excellent communication abilities to present performance reports and manage expectations at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated accountability in driving results, monitoring progress, and implementing continuous improvements.
  • Ability to analyze program performance using key performance indicators and trend data to inform decision-making.
  • Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
  • Leading a cross-functional team (preferred).
  • Experience with Retail Link (preferred).
  • Working with profit and loss responsibilities (preferred).

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $91,000.00 - $169,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock for certain positions.
