Program Manager IV- Contingent Workforce

Responsibilities Include Supporting our client's team on day-to-day functions including but not limited to:Managing the sourcing lifecycle including partnering with our client to understand new contract needs, launching new requests in Beeline, reviewing resumes and extending offersConsulting with client on sourcing strategies, processes and operational best practicesPartnering and negotiating with suppliersGuiding client through onboarding process post candidate identification and selectionMonitoring of shared team inbox- respond and escalate where requiredProvisioning equipment for new CW’s in ServiceNowProcessing contract worker extensions and terminationsResearching vendor invoice issues/questionsRunning reports in Workday and BeelineCompiling Request activity metrics in ExcelAssisting with issue escalationsSupport ad-hoc program initiatives as-needed Experience Required 5+ years of experience, within the Contingent Workforce Industry -can be Client, Supplier or MSPMust have VMS experience, Beeline Experience preferred, but open to other technologiesWorkday Experience preferredStrong Excel skills requiredHigh attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously in a fast paced, high volume environmentSolution focused critical thinker that will question & challenge program scenarios/issues that ariseExcellent written and verbal communications skillsAbility to work proactively and independentlyBA/BS required Experience Preferred Pharma background
