Program Manager IV- Contingent Workforce

Responsibilities

• Supporting our client's team on day-to-day functions including but not limited to:
• Managing the sourcing lifecycle including partnering with our client to understand new contract needs, launching new requests in Beeline, reviewing resumes and extending offers
• Consulting with client on sourcing strategies, processes and operational best practices
• Partnership and negotiation with suppliers
• Guiding client through onboarding process post candidate identification and selection
• Monitoring of shared team inbox- respond and escalate where required
• Provisioning equipment for new CW’s in ServiceNow
• Processing contract worker extensions and terminations
• Researching vendor invoice issues/questions
• Running reports in Workday and Beeline
• Compiling Request activity metrics in Excel
• Aiding with issue escalations
• Support ad-hoc program initiatives as-needed

Experience Required

• 5+ years of experience, within the Contingent Workforce Industry - can be Client, Supplier or MSP
• Must have VMS experience, Beeline Experience preferred, but open to other technologies
• Workday Experience preferred
• Strong Excel skills required
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Solution focused critical thinker that will question & challenge program scenarios/issues that arise
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Ability to work proactively and independently
• BA/BS required
• Experience Preferred: Pharma background
