Program Manager Contingent Workforce

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive contingent workforce program that includes governance frameworks and standard operating procedures
• Manage the supplier network and ensure compliance with operational standards
• Collaborate with Legal and Accounting to create audit-ready worker classification policies
• Implement communication strategies and training materials to ensure smooth adoption of the new model by hiring managers
• Create a roadmap for future program enhancements, including international expansion and improved reporting

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management or workforce management, with a proven history of building programs from the ground up
• Experience managing vendor relationships, particularly in staffing or contingent workforce contexts
• Strong process development capabilities to design effective operating models
• Ability to drive alignment across multiple departments, including Finance and Legal
• Experience leading newly launched initiatives where the framework is still being established
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly for engaging with executive stakeholders

Pay

$139,000 – $176,000 annually
