About the role
The Program Manager Intern position is an entry-level position that supports program and event planning, marketing, and data analysis and reporting for the SLS department.
Responsibilities
- Participates in off-campus and on-campus events supporting the SLS department.
- Develops a vision, plans, marketing strategies, and budgets to implement successful programs, workshops and events.
- Collects, maintains, and utilizes assessment data to evaluate and enhance program planning.
- Recruits, coordinates with, and evaluates the work of workshop facilitators and speakers.
- Collaborates with UNT Dallas and program counterparts to ensure effective program implementation.
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree with relevant majors.
- Demonstrated knowledge of program planning best practices.
- Demonstrated knowledge of program evaluation.
- Considerable knowledge of event and workshop planning strategies.
- Current knowledge of sponsorship and fundraising best practices.
- Strong presentation, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to collect and analyze program data to establish annual goals and objectives.
- Ability to communicate effectively with wide populations verbally and in writing.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ability to work independently.

$13.00/hr
Schedule
Monday-Friday, some Saturdays. 9-1pm or 1-5pm
