The Program Manager – Integrated Marketing Business Innovation Strategy is a high-impact, analytically rigorous role responsible for driving business analysis and strategic formulation across Marketing & Product verticals.
- Build and maintain financial models, market sizing analyses, and scenario frameworks to support strategy development and investment decisions across Marketing & Product portfolios.
- Evaluate new initiatives, partnerships, and innovation concepts by developing clear business cases, economic narratives, and financial implications.
- Partner with portfolio leaders to apply standardized strategy tools, including ROI models, tradeoff frameworks, and prioritization templates, across diverse initiatives.
- Conduct competitive, industry, and market analyses across customer experience, media networks, platform businesses, and adjacent industries.
- Translate quantitative and qualitative insights into structured, executive-ready materials that support leadership decision-making.
- Track performance against business cases and strategic objectives, surfacing risks, insights, and implications for future decisions.
- Support ad-hoc strategic analyses and leadership requests tied to enterprise priorities and time-bound initiatives.
What You Need To Succeed
- 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a similarly analytical role.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills, with experience building models from first principles.
- Strong understanding of airline products (i.e. seats, catering, amenities, lounges), marketing strategies, and media network monetization.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear, well-structured presentations and written materials for senior leadership.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate analysis into a compelling, executive-level narrative.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver against deadlines.
- Solid business judgment and comfort operating in ambiguous, evolving environments.
- Embraces diverse perspectives, working styles, and collaborative ways of working.
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security, for self and others.
- Advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- At least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.
- Experience supporting or advising marketing organizations, media networks, airlines, or experience-led consumer platforms.
- Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis experience.
- Familiarity with portfolio prioritization, capital allocation, and enterprise-level tradeoff analysis.
- Deep understanding of how data, technology, and customer engagement drive growth and monetization.
- Ability to anticipate leadership needs and operate as a trusted thought partner.
