Program Manager, Indiana T&D Operations

Main Responsibilities

• Cook up operational and administrative activities across the functional areas of T&D.
• Prepare operational, regulatory and financial reporting, including but not limited to; KPI submittals, monthly budget and variance reports, AP/AR, invoice processing.
• Reviews financial performance with the Director and provides feedback and requests recovery actions as necessary.
• Captures data requests, leadership presentations and other needs with and for T&D leadership.
• Develops, plans and executes projects as requested.

Qualifications

• Ace in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Master the art of using SAP and Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and Power BI.
• Experience analyzing data and preparing reports is a must-have.
• Utility industry experience is a plus.
• Organizational and analytical skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
