About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Own comprehensive project execution from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with product and engineering teams
- Maintain project plans and track milestones while proactively managing risks and issues with stakeholder updates
- Lead PMO efforts for AI-driven agentic platforms, applying structured methodologies for AI agents
- Collaborate with engineering leads to incorporate AI throughout all SDLC phases, enhancing each step with appropriate AI tools
- Create and refine team processes to boost quality and productivity through continuous definition and education
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (standups, retrospectives), driving continuous improvement through assessments
- Utilize tools like Jira for progress visibility and delivering health metrics, enhancing collaboration between product and engineering
Qualifications
- 7+ years of technical project management in software engineering, with 2+ years in AI/ML or platform transformations
- Proven track record of managing AI/ML initiatives with delivery ownership, not just oversight
- Expertise in AI-driven SDLC concepts, including requirements aid and agentic deployment
- Strong ability to communicate engineering details to executives and vice versa, effectively managing all stakeholder relationships
- Experience in managing programs across multiple scrum teams, especially in offshore-heavy contexts
- Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and understanding of engineering metrics frameworks like DORA
Pay
$120,000 – $150,000 annually
