Job Summary
About the role
The ideal candidate will have extensive program management experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex project information into executive-ready presentations and status reporting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain an integrated master program plan, including milestones, dependencies, critical path activities, and cross-functional handoffs
- Establish and manage program risk and issue registers, including mitigation planning, ownership tracking, and escalation processes
- Consolidate updates from multiple workstreams into executive-level status reports and dashboards
- Standardize reporting metrics, templates, governance routines, and program documentation across teams
- Identify and manage cross-workstream dependencies, execution risks, and timeline impacts while driving issue resolution
- Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and leadership materials for weekly reviews, governance meetings, and steering committees
- Facilitate governance forums by coordinating agendas, tracking action items, documenting decisions, and ensuring follow-through
Requirements
- 7+ years of program management, PMO, or portfolio management experience within complex, cross-functional environments
- Strong expertise in program governance, risk management, issue tracking, dependency management, and escalation processes
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience developing executive-level presentations and reporting materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership and executive stakeholders
- Experience consolidating large volumes of project information into concise executive summaries and status reports
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail
Qualifications
- PMP certification or similar project/program management certification
- Cybersecurity-related certifications or experience supporting cybersecurity initiatives
- Experience facilitating Steering Committees (SteerCos), executive reviews, or governance forums
- Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation programs or strategic initiatives
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies for meeting documentation and action tracking
- Experience standardizing reporting frameworks, governance processes, and performance metrics across multiple teams

Pay
The approximate pay range for this position is between $55.00 and $65.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
