Program Manager II, Practice Management Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Program Manager II, Practice Management Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will focus on advising financial advisory firms on organic growth, business planning, and practice management strategies. The person in this position will serve as a trusted partner to independent advisors, helping them strengthen operations, elevate client-facing effectiveness, and drive measurable growth outcomes. In addition, this role will develop educational resources, workshops, and frameworks that support advisors in scaling their practices. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 annually Responsibilities Provide expert consultation and education on growth-focused practice management topics Develop best practices and frameworks for organic growth in advisory firms Conduct business audit reviews and provide customized recommendations for firms Leverage company content for workshops and training on growth topics Act as a thought leader by creating educational content for advisors Serve as the primary point of contact for advisors on practice management Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in consulting, coaching, or practice management for financial advisors Deep expertise in organic growth strategies, including business planning and marketing Strong understanding of the independent advisor and RIA landscape Proven track record of driving successful growth outcomes for advisory firms Exceptional relationship-management and communication skills Benefits Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) matching contributions Education assistance and tuition reimbursement Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO) and generous parental leave Access to wellness programs and employee networks Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
