Job Summary
Program Manager I is responsible for supervising staff, managing programmatic budgets, coordinating activities among community partners, collaborating with key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, laws, and funder requirements, and achieving program objectives. This position oversees client service teams and develops and implements program-specific policies and practices that support staff and client wellbeing, the professional development of staff members, and promote positive outcomes for clients.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, human services, or a closely related field.
- 1 year of direct supervisory or management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to fulfill relevant program compliance and administrative requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams of human service professionals.
- Demonstrated abilities in effectively managing program grant agreements, contracts, and finances.
- Must possess a Colorado driver’s license and state-mandated automobile insurance.
- Must possess a personal vehicle that may be used for work-related travel (reimbursement for mileage is available).
- Must complete agency and program credentialing within 12 weeks of hire and maintain credentialing standards thereafter.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master’s degree in public administration, business administration, human services, or a closely related field.
- 2 years of management experience.
