Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, public policy, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in social services or related field
• Experience with case management software (CaseWorthy preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues
• Knowledge of housing assistance programs and resources
• Understanding of mental health and substance use disorders
• Ability to navigate VA benefits and other community resources

Schedule

Core working hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
