About the role
The Program Manager I is responsible for managing the successful technical transfer of client projects and products to Curia. This role requires strong personal leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage both technically and managerially in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with all team members to integrate individual perspectives and raise awareness of individual contributions to work products.
- Encourage others to deal openly and honestly with each other.
- Provide constructive feedback to other team members; actively solicit and consider feedback from others to inform corrective actions.
- Clearly communicate performance expectations and objectives to others to ensure understanding and buy-in.
- Aid others in understanding the steps and resources necessary to achieve and surpass desired results.
- Anticipate potential barriers to achieving team objectives, and collaborate with others to develop strategies for success.
- Take action to implement and correct plans to ensure goals are met within reasonable or defined timelines.
- Utilize solid understanding of the business and market factors to inform business recommendations.
- Apply comprehensive understanding of concepts within own technical area to develop relatively advanced programs/processes.
- Serve as an expert within a specific technical area; educate others on technical issues.
- Develop positive internal and external customer relationships by consistently and efficiently delivering value.
- Uncover customers’ hidden needs or issues by asking insightful questions and developing rapport.
- Guide others in time management to accurately predict the time required to complete tasks and ensure project deadlines are met.
- Develop solutions to overcome risks within a project to ensure project success; recognize the need to escalate issues to higher levels when proposed solutions are not producing desired results.
- Perform analysis and design on projects to determine benefits to Curia.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Science related field.
- Minimum 2-5 years’ in program management or related field.

Pay
Pay range: $70,304-$80,100 annually. Education, experience, location and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
